Core Aeration Services
Timing: April-July
We offer core aeration services this time of year on warm season lawns only (Bermuda/Zoysia). Since the plugs are left on the lawn, we recommend mowing the lawn a little shorter than usual before having this service done. This will allow irrigation and/or rainfall some time to melt the soil plugs back into the lawn. When it is time to mow again, please make sure to mulch the remaining plugs back into the lawn.
Fall Aeration & Over-seeding Fescue
Timing: September-October
Fescue lawns need to be over-seeded each fall to help with turf density and to replenish areas where turf may have struggled or died out during the summer heat. If accessible, the lawn is also aerated at the same time.
Bagworm Spray
Timing: May-August
Bagworms can be detrimental to evergreens. If you see active bagworms, or have old bags on trees or landscape plants, give us a call and we can get you scheduled in ASAP. It is important to stay on top of these guys!
Tick & Insect Applications
Timing: April-October
Ticks and other biting insects can be a pain. We offer lawn and landscape sprays throughout the spring, summer and into the fall when they are active. This can be offered as a one-time app, or a monthly program.
